A beautiful example of a formal Ottoman document. The 20th century piece is a large, framed document with a Tughra, possibly Abd Al Hamid, on the top the page that is decorated with leafy forms in gold and vibrant blue, red and pink.
In good condition considering its age. With frame it is 73 by 119 and it is 54 by 98 cm without frame.
