The book has approximately 100 pages and is 23 by 14 cm.
For its age it is in reasonable condition. Although the paper was damaged by a book worm, this is mostly in the margins of the page of about 10 pages.
The name of the manuscript is "Taalik Al-fawadhil ala Iraab al-Awamil" (تعليق ألفواضل على إعراب ألعوامل). A valuable book that describes all types of syntax in the Arabic language and how to use them. The writer used a simple and accurate method, as he did not leave any part of the syntax without mentioning it. A rare book that is unparalleled among the rest of the syntax books
