This Persian astronomical globe, made of copper, is elaborately decorated with human and animal forms representing the astrological signs. Important places on the globe are inlaid with silver dots.

A beautiful 19th century Indian or Persian sword in brown leather scabbard. The blade has a serrated edge. The pommel is in the form of a ram’s head. The grip is intricately decorated with leaflike forms. The blade is 82 cm long and 4,5 cm wide at the top. The grip is 16 by 10,5 cm and the Rams head is 4 by 2,5 cm. It  has a brown leather scabbard.

This helmet is exactly like the ceremonial helmet of Sultan Fatih Mehmet worn during his conquest of Istanbul. The original is exhibited at the Military Museum of Harbiye. 

On the helmet there are the Surah of the Conquest (Al-Fatih)(سورة ألفتح) and the names of the four Caliphs. The calligraphy was by İsmail Hakkı Altunbezer, one of the late Ottoman calligraphers. The art of illumination was used in the decorations. It is adorned with stones of turquoise. A 22 micron coating has been applied on the golden helmet. The helmet is in very good condition.

In wonderful morning sunrise colours the Kaaba is shown in its surroundings.  The 19-20th century painting is in very good condition. 19th century Qibla indicator with etchings on all sides. 

On the front there is the Qibla indicator behind glass. There is a an arrow attached to the centre, two of the radii are named and there are inscriptions around the perimeter.

On the back there are floral forms in the center. This is surrounded by a circle of words followed by the star signs. The third and fourth circles are also text. 

The side of the Qibla is decorated by floral forms and it has a ring on top.

All parts are decorated with floral and animal motives and there is Arabic or Iranian scripture.

This 20th century Persian painting is an aquarelle on paper. It depicts a group of men probably at assembly for a governmental function. The men are painted in traditional clothing and also the surrounding buildings have fine motives.

This beautifully colorful miniature painting shows highly developed craftmanship. It depicts a Persian prince being waited on by three women, possibly from his harem. 

It is 14,5 by 23 cm.

Assembly of men

This one depicts a meeting of men, possibly an assembly of government. On the backside of the paper there is what seems to be a poem. 

It is 17,5 by 26,5 cm.

The Princes

This wonderful painting is of a Persian princes holding flowers. The brushwork is very delicate in the princes herself and the surrounding decorations. On the backside there is text that is dated 960 HZ (1544 AD) on the op the page to the right. 

It is 16 by 22 cm.

This wonderful, polychrome, enameled, ceramic artwork, depicts Khosrow, also known as Khosrow Anūshirvan (Persian: "Khosrow of the Immortal Soul"), or Khosrow the Righteous. He was the 22nd king of the Sāsānian Empire and ruled it from 531-579 AD. The king was known as a wise man and is remembered as a great reformer and patron of art and science.

The plate, from the late 19th to the early 20th century, is 45,5 by 33 cm. For its age it is in good condition, however it was broken and restored, somewhere in its history, which can be seen in the pictures.
