A beautiful 19th century Indian or Persian sword in brown leather scabbard. The blade has a serrated edge. The pommel is in the form of a ram’s head. The grip is intricately decorated with leaflike forms. The blade is 82 cm long and 4,5 cm wide at the top. The grip is 16 by 10,5 cm and the Rams head is 4 by 2,5 cm. It has a brown leather scabbard.
A beautiful 18-19th century talismanic shirt. This Ottoman talismanic shirt is hand made. The proces takes several year to complete a shirt. The shirt was made for an importent man in the Ottoman empire. It was used to give protection to the person wearing during a war. The Islamic texts on the shirt are said to have healing and protective properties.
The shirt is in good condition. It is 99 cm long and 105 cm wide (arm span).
18-19th century Ottoman Yataghan with several engravings in the blade. It is good condition. The blade is 75 cm, the grip is 12 cm. it is in a black leather scabbard.
Beautiful 19th century painting of Mecca on ceramic with several Arabic texts. It is in good condition. The ceramic is 40 by 30,5 by 1,5 cm.
This wonderful and unique object is a hand made Kaaba key. This is a likeness to the key of the most Holy place in the Muslim world. The key is decorated all over with intricate silver designs and Arabic texts. A true masterpiece! At 46 by 11,5 cm it is large and heavy. It is in very good condition and a proud piece to exhibit anywhere.
19th century Indian sword in very good condition. The total length is 97cm, the blade is 77 cm and the grip12 cm.
This helmet is exactly like the ceremonial helmet of Sultan Fatih Mehmet worn during his conquest of Istanbul. The original is exhibited at the Military Museum of Harbiye.
On the helmet there are the Surah of the Conquest (Al-Fatih)(سورة ألفتح) and the names of the four Caliphs. The calligraphy was by İsmail Hakkı Altunbezer, one of the late Ottoman calligraphers. The art of illumination was used in the decorations. It is adorned with stones of turquoise. A 22 micron coating has been applied on the golden helmet. The helmet is in very good condition.

A large impressive and beautiful, 20th century Islamic, hand-crafted embroidery. The intricate embroidery is the result of a labor of love by several people spending months working on it. The texts are embroidered in gilded bronze.
FYI: the colour difference in the pictures is due to lighting. The color in the first and third picture are closest to the original.

This is a wonderful handmade embroidered Sitar. Hours of work by several skilled artists made this likeness to the Curtain of the Chamber of Felicity. The original of which is hanging in the Medeniyetleri Islam Muzesi in Istanbul.
This sitar has a vibrant red base colour and is embroidered with gold coloured copper thread. The calligraphy on the top says:. May peace and blessings be upon you, o Imam of the pious (al-salato wa as-salamo alaika ya imamo al-motaquin). Underneath there are two cartouches with the testimony (shahadda) 'There is no god but God, and Muhammad is the Messenger of God’.

This is a very rare piece of magnificence. The Hizaam is similar to the Hizaam of the holy Kaaba. On it, embroidered in gilded bronze lettering, are verses (see last last picture): 1) Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 127. 2) Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 128.
It was handmade with great craftsmanship. A craft that is hundreds of years old. The embroidery is on mecca cloth, like that which is used for the Kaaba.

This wonderful Ottomane embroidery. At the center there is a figure referencing a Dervish hat. This is surrounded by an Arabic embroidered calligraphy.

This complete, holy Quran is dated 1163 AH (1747 AD). It was handwritten by his excellency Muallim Al-Hajj Muhammad Emin.

Muhammed Rifat wrote this Ottoman manuscript in 800 AH (1300 AD). The book is about Zilkada, Prayers and Talismanic benefits. Many pages are decorated with beautify colourful hand painted representations of plants and flowers.

A wonderful 18/19th century Ottoman manuscript decorated with several drawings illuminated with gold. It is handwritten in black and red ink and has its original cover. The book is written by Sheikh Ibn Dhaif.

This bone fan is decorated with beautiful engravings that are hand painted with gouache highlights. On one side there is an Orientalist scene and on the other side a renaissance scene. It was made for the Ottoman market.

This brass ewer and basin set is wonderfully decorated with etchings of Arabic and calligraphic forms.

A wonderful 20th century Iznik ceramic, hand painted on six tiles.
The calligraphy in black ink is surah Al-Fatiha. The decorations consist of flowers and roses typical for Iznik ceramics.

This is a beautiful example of a Dailil Al Khiraat. It mostly contains dua’s for the prophet and several suras like Al-Yasin and Al-Rahman.
The book has its original leather binding. It is handwritten in the Nashk script, in black and gold ink. Most pages have a gold ruler, and the title pages are decorated in golden floral designs.
The book has approximately 240 pages and is 13 by 8,5 cm.
It is from the 18th/19th century and in reasonably good condition. It has some small damage on a couple of pages and one page that was torn and restored with tape. One page is missing.
