A beautiful 19-20th century painting of the Kaaba in an ornate gilded period frame. It is a gouache on paper, signed in Ottoman Turkish.

Condition: The frame has had damage with some restorations. The paining has some small flaws but nothing seriously damaging.

Handwritten Dalil al-Khairat containing dua and several Quran verses, including Al-Fatiha, Yassin, Al-Naba, Attin, Al-Falak and the beginning of Al-Bakara. 

All pages have a gold ruler. There are several decorated pages. The decorations on the first page are very elaborate and colourful. 

It has its original leather binding that is in need of repair.

Condition: several loose pages, and some water damage, but the overall condition is good, especially considering its age.

A very rare piece of Quran or poetry in black ink Kufic script. The leather parchment has 10 lines on each side. This manuscript probably originates from Bukhara or Samarkand.

This rose coloured quartz (possibly Najaf) is adorned with impressive handmade engravings. 

These engravings are a prayer that protects the holder from the evil eye and envy. On one edge there is the phrase "He says Be, and it is”.

An Ottoman calligraphy, written in black ink by Hassid Efendi.

It contains a poem about the prophet Mohammed and verse 107 of Sura Al- Anbiya ( 'and we have send you only as a mercy to the worlds').

This is an authentic hand made Ikat Chapan from Uzbekistan, probably Samarkand or Boukhara.

On the outside it has a vibrant green velvet fabric with traditional embroidery around the rims of the coat. The inside is a multicoloured mesmerising wonder.

This is an English Staffordshire earthenware statue. It depicts sultan Abdulmacid I, queen Victoria and Napoleon III as a commemoration of their meeting. 

This 19th century is 27,5 cm high and in very good condition. 

This Anatolian manuscript is handwritten in Ottoman and Arabic by Ali Bin Mahmoud. 

It is dated 1143 AH (1730 AD). The book is about Fiqh and Hadith about medicine, love etc. 

The book has its original leather binding and is written in black and red ink.

It has 400 pages and is 19 by 12 cm.

It is in overall good condition though the binding has been repaired.

A is handwritten calligraphy from the Ottoman era. The texts are of the Messenger Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace. They were written by calligrapher Sheikh Helmy in the year 1309 AH (1893 AD).

Ottoman period calligraphy in Celi Thuluth - Nesih.

The calligraphy is by Halil Effendi and Reza Effendi. Reza Effendi was a famous caligrapher and was Halil Effendi's teacher. 

The illuminated frame is by Tezhip Safiye Ocaklı.

It is in good condition.

This is a framed Thuluth calligraphy sheet. It is dated 1364 AH (1948 AD ).

Handwritten in gold is verse 16 of Surat Al-Hijr.

Dur al-Mukhtar Sharh Tanweer al-Absar also called al-Dur al-Mukhtar, is a book written by Imam Muhammad Ala al-Din al-Haskafi in the year 1071 AH (1655 AD). The book is actually a commentary on another book called Tanweer al-Absar by Muhammad ibn Abd Allah Tamartashi.

The book is considered one of the most prominent treatises of the Hanafi school. The author of the book mainly discusses issues of marriage, dowry, divorce, rights and duties of spouses, endowment, gifts, last will and testament and inheritance. It has been referenced by almost all modern-day writers on Islamic law in India, Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. This book provides useful information for judges, lawyers, scholars, and students of Islamic law.

The manuscript was popular because it included original opinions in the Hanafi school of thought and contained many jurisprudential issues in a nutshell. Also, various commentaries were written on it. The edition in this collection is a rare example of this precious work.

The manuscript is handwritten in Arabic, in black and red ink, and in the Ta'lik script,  

It has 702 pages and is bound in the original leather binding. The book is 25 by 16 cm and is in very good condition. 

This Ottoman Period bowl is made of copper and engraved with pen-work on the outside on the upper edge. The inscription is the names of Ahla-Albaitt (the family of prophet Mohamed ass).  

The diameter of the bowl is 23,5 cm and it is in very good condition.

This book is of the famous hadith of Imam Bukhari (194 – 256 AH / 778 - 840 AD). These books are considered the most authentic source of Islamic sciences after the Quran. This makes it of very important jurisprudential value. This edition of the book dates back to the end of the 18th century and is one part of a series of 5 written over a period of 16 years.

The manuscript is handwritten in Arabic, in black ink and Naskh script. It is bound in its original leather binding and has a protective leather box with marbling on the outside.

The book has about 750 pages and is 23 by 15 cm.

Because the work has a protective box, the leather binding and interior of the book remain in pristine condition. The box has done its protective work and has some damage, it is however still in good condition, especially considering its age. 

This knife has an Arabic, probably Talismanic enscription.

Condition: The knive has obviously been used and some of the writing has been rubed of, otherwise it is in good condition.  

This 18^th century Ottoman manuscript, is a summary of the Rituals of Hajj.  The book is in its original leather binding and written in black ink, in Naskh script. All pages are framed in gold and some have golden inscriptions. 

The book was written by Sheikh Al-Jalil Muhammad Amin Al-Rafaqi, who was taught by Sheikh Ahmed Al-Kashif Hawaja in the year 1208 AH (1792 AD). 

It is 10 by 8 cm and has about 80 pages.

Although the corner of the first page is torn, the manuscript is in good condition especially considering its age.

This handwritten book of Purification was written by Sheikh Abd al-Din Muhammad bin Othman. It is written in calligraphy with black ink and bound in the original leather. It dates back to the 17^th/18^th century.

The book is in overall good condition, although on some pages there are places where the ink was affected by moisture and dispersed slightly.

The book contains 410 pages and is 14 x 20 cm.

This handwritten Ottoman manuscript has 15 pages, all with gold ruler and it has a leather binding.

It is dated 1319 AH (1901 AD).

The dimensions are 20 by 14 cm and it is in good condition. 

An 18^th century Ottoman manuscript written in black ink, Thuluth calligraphy, and decorated with gold. It contains several surahs such as Al-An’am, Yasin, Surat Al-Naba’. It also includes the Most Beautiful Names of God, and prayers upon the Messenger. 

The heads of the suras are plated with gold and all pages are lined with gold. 

The manuscript was written by the honorable sheikh Hafez Bakr al-Shawqi, who studied on the authority of sheikh Raji Zadeh in the year 1210 AH (1795 AD).

The book contains about 240 pages, it has its original leather binding that is decorated with the sun and panels. 

It is 10 by 7 cm and in good condition.

This Ottoman period manuscript narrates the importance of seeking knowledge in Islam and the honor it attains with God. It is handwritten by Ibrahim Hakki Effendi. He was a student on the authority of Sheikh Ali bin Hassan Al-Kalisi, 1323 AH (1905 AD).

The book is written in Talik script, all pages are decorated with a golden ruler and inscriptions engraved in gold.

It has 12 pages and is covered with cloth and it is 22 by 14 cm. 

The manuscript is complex but perfectly legible.

This Arabic, handwritten, manuscript of the Hadith of Science was written by Sheikh Hassan bin Bilal in the year 1226 AH (1811 AD).

The book is based on the science of Ebu Isa Muhammed b. Isa b. Sevre (Yezîd) at-Tirmidhi ((year 279 AH / 892 AD). He was one of the most prominent scholars of his time in the science of Hadith. And this work is one of the most valuable works written by him.

The book has a leather binder covered with marbling and has about 80 pages.

It is 21 by 15 cm and in good condition.

This handwritten, noble Quran is a rare book probably dating back to the 10th or 11th century AH (16th or 17th century AD).

The Quran is complete and in the original leather cover. It is written in Naskh script, in black ink and decorated with red colors. 

The book contains 600 pages and is 19 by 12 cm. 

The book is in good condition for its age. The cover has been restored, and there are pages that have been restored. It is difficult to identify its author due to the lack of clarity of his name. 

This handwritten holy Quran dates back to the 19th century. 

It is written in black ink calligraphy. All the pages have a golden ruler and golden decorations. 

It contains suras from Al-Fatihah to Surat Al-Kahf. 

The book has 470 pages and its original leather binding.  

The book is 11 by 17 cm and in good condition.

This Dalil al-Khayrat dates back to the 18th-19th century. It was written by hand in black and red ink. Enclosed in a genuine leather cover and protected by an original leather wallet.  

The book has approximately 200 pages and is 10 by 8 cm. It is in good condition. 

This noble Quran starts at Sura Imran and reads through to the last sura of the Quran. It also contains the names of God, prophetic sayings, and supplications.

It was written by Ahmed Effendi, in the year 1251 AH (1805 AD).

It’s in the original leather cover, most pages have a golden ruler, and it is decorated with several golden inscriptions. All Sura heads are plated with gold. 

The book has about 200 pages and is 14 by 9 cm. It is in good condition. 

18^th century Ottoman manuscript. The book contains several suras, including Sura Yasin and the Most Beautiful Names of God. It also shares prayers upon the Prophet. 

The book is in a cloth binding and has about 140 pages.

Its 10 by 7 cm and it is in good condition. 

A very rare and fine Abdul Majid coin, 1839-1861. 100 Kurush 1255 AH, Year 5 (1844 AD), Misr (Cairo).

8.53 gr. and in very good condition. 

A very fine Abdul Aziz coin, 1277 AH, year 6 (1867 AD), Misr (Cairo) (1861-1876 AD).

8,43 gr and in very good condition.

This is an extremely rare first date Abbasid gold Dinar for Abdullah Al-Saffah from the year 132 AH (716 AD) weighing 4,24 gr.

The Dinar comes with a certificate.

On it is written in Kufic: 

Side one:

In the name of God, this dinar was struck in the year one hundred and thirty-two. Mohammed messenger of  God (Bis- Millah,  Douriba hada Addinaar sanat Ithnaan wa Thalathin wa Mia. Mohammed Rassoul Allah) 

Side two: 

Muhammad is the Messenger of God, who sent him with guidance and the religion of truth, to make it prevail over all religions. There is no God, but God alone has no partner. ( Mohammed Rassoul Allah, Arssalahou Bil- Alhouda wa Din Alhak liyoudhirahou Ala Al- Din kollihi, La Illah illa Allah wahdahou la charika lah.)

This Ottoman period manuscript has the title En'am and is about the grave of prophet Mohammed and Caliph Abu Bakker and Omer. 

The book contains 118 pages and has its original leather binding. It is 16 by 11 cm.

Probably 17th or 18th century. Condition reflects its age. 

Manuscript with the title Emsile by Mustafa B. Mehmed Ibrahim. It is dated 1135 AH (1719 AD). The manuscript is handwritten, and some pages are illuminated. 

48 pages in a new binding.

Dimensions: 16 by 10,5 cm.  For its age it is in reasonable good condtion. 

This Ottoman Atlas from 1907 AD (1324 AH) made by Ibarhim Hilmi Memalik-i. 

It contains 64 maps and 328 pages. 

The atlas is 12 by 17 cm and in very good condition.

Early 20th century men's shoes with intricate embroidery with gold thread.

In very good condition. 

This sword is accompanied by two knives. All three objects are decorated with texts. All have sheaths and the knives can be attached to the sword.

The sword is 78 cm long and the knives are 26 cm long.

They are in reasonably good condition although the sword has some obvious damage. 

These 19^th century Ottoman Tarbouch are decorated with glorification and honouring of (Al-Khalifa) Ali Ibn Abi Talib. 

Both are handmade from pure wool. 

They are in very good condition and are 21 by 19 cm.

A rare naval Sextant from the Ottoman periode.

This instrument was used by sailors to find direction on the open seas. It is made of bronze, with numbers and degrees in Ottoman.

The dimensions are 12 by 12 cm.

This 19^th century manuscript is illuminated with gold and has its original leather binding.
It is handwritten and has several magnificent drawings.

The Quran has 160 pages and is in good condition. 

The dimensions are 16 by 11 cm. 

This Ottoman calligraphy is from North-Africa and dates from the late 19^th to the early 20^th century. In the ornate frame verse 35 from Surat an Nour is written in gold lettering. 

The verse starts in the Ottoman lamp form on the right.

The calligraphy is in good condition, although a bit dirty behind the glass.

It is 48 by 58 cm with frame.

This is a pair of Ottoman period scissors from the 19^th century. The scissors are long and elegant and are decorated with beautiful etchings.

Although one of the handles of the scissors is broken, they are in good condition for their age.  

The scissors are 25 cm long.

This beautiful representation of the al-Aqsa Mosque is made from mother of pearl. Around the mosque there is the text of Surat al-Israa, verse one.

The top of the mosque can be flipped open to reveal a red velvet container to preserve a keepsake or jewelry. 

The Ottoman periode piece is in very good condition although it is missing the crescent moon on top of the dome.

The dimensions are 20,5 by 20,5 by 18 cm.

This special album contains 20 photographs with scenes of the holy city. For instance, there are images of al-Baqi land behind the Prophet’s Mosque and the Kaaba from different perspectives and taken at different times. The photographs are in an album with the original paper cover.

The album is in good condition and is 13 by 8 cm. 

This is a Turkish atlas dating back to the late Ottoman empire (1927 AD). It consists of 16 pages on which 18 maps are drawn. The maps include the Oceans and Continents of the world.

It is a first edition and was printed in London. A rare find and a valuable book, that was used as a reference book in the Ottoman schools and institutes of that era. 

The book is in very good condition and is 20 by 24 cm.

This chalice is made of (probably) bronze. On the outside it is decorated with etchings of a floral design. 

It is in good condition and has a height of 26 and a diameter of 12 cm 

This 18^th century prayer book is leather bound with some nice emblems on the back and the front. The text is handwritten and has some wonderful decoration. The book is bilingual, as it is written in Arabic and translated in Ottoman. It contains Surat Al Nour and Surat Al Mulk. 

It is signed by Ali Mohamed Mouhir Ali and dated 1275 AH (1859 AD). 

The book contains 22 pages. It is clearly of age and has been used for its purpose, and still in very good condition. 

This authentic Ottoman table clock has a numbers in Ottoman. The calendar part is in Turkish. The clock was made in 1928. This was in the period of the transition from old Turkish to new Turkish, which resulted in this unique hybrid form. The clock is handmade and still in working order.

The back of the clock as a little period restauration. In all it has markes of being used, but in reasonably good condition for an almost 100-year-old daily used apparatus. 

The clock is 9,5 by 14 cm
